Body is in the center of our aesthetic oriented world. Peachy body. But what happens when our well-groomed body rejects our will and it demands his own: balding head, puffy eyes, curling ear hair, furry eyebrows, mobile teeth, etc. With passing time it is hard to accept that it also happens with us. Sometimes we are more scared of ageing than death. But this three gentlemen: János, Ernő and Gyula fly in the face of conventions, and they show their reality to prove that old age is not a taboo. We can wear these brooches as a contemporary “memento mori” that reflects the self-irony of the wearer.
