Piece created for ANTIVIRUS, Tincal lab Quarantine Challenge
Materials sterling silver (gold plated or rhodium plated)
The idea of these pieces is to reproduce the organic beauty of a living being, in this case, plants with shapes that are plastically significant by themselves, in a non-organic material, thus embodying two things that apparently do not coexist: the transience of a beautiful organic form, because of its fragility, and the permanence of the inorganic metal.
