“Pinocchio is just over a hundred years old - it is not possible to imagine a world without Pinocchio” (essay by Italo Calvino).
The biggest liar is the one who says he doesn't lie; the human nose grows from the initial formation until the end of our lives. The fun, adventurous, mischievous and naive boy dwells in every human being. We are always right and wrong depending on who looks and judges. These rings serve to reflect on our lies, allowing us to put them on and take them off of our nose when we find it necessary, thus being able to laugh a little at our own mischief.
