These pyrometric cones were given by two different ceramicists, living in two different states. The uncanny similarities and nature of both these objects acting as yin and yang of one another made an impression on Melis’ soul. While we may be distances apart, the objects that we make can be connected without even knowing about their existence. The travels to visit both these makers is how these objects found one another and eventually became one.
