Materials polymer clay, tourmalines, steel

The design of the pieces was based on the fascination that spreads from natural stones, be it for their shine, their colors or healing powers, energy and luck. Tourmalines were chosen for their color variations. Moreover it was possible to use discarded stones from the lapidarian industry. Polymer clay was used because of its malleability, creating a paradigm between plastic and Nature, monochromatic and colorful elements, reinforced by organic shapes that twist like branches which the stones sprout.
