“Far From The Tree” by Andrew Solomon tells the stories of parents who not only learn to accept their exceptional children but also find profound meaning in doing so. This mini collection is inspired by chapter 7 - disability - from that book.
Everybody is different in one way or another. It’s the one thing we all have in common. But our differences can unite us instead of dividing us.
Ching-Hui hopes to change the way that people perceive disability. She has designed a mini collection of jewelry pieces, inspired by Solomon’s work that encourage empathy and allow us to embrace diversity.
