Balloon figures are the unlikely heroes of celebration. Created to amuse, they embody festivity in its most immediate and playful form, yet they are destined to disappear. In the series titled “The Inflatables” their imagery is reinterpreted in metal — abstracted and given weight. The pieces transform a passing gesture of joy into enduring objects, turning the language of celebration into jewellery that is sculptural, solid, and permanent.
