PAYMENT

Payment should be made at checkout, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are exclusive to the online shop, can be changed without previous notice and can vary from the prices found in our physical shop, for temporary promotional reasons. VAT included.

International buyers are responsible for all custom fees or taxes regarding any restrictions of their country to packages sent from other countries.

STOCK

You'll be contacted once your order is received - please make sure to check your email, as well as your spam folder, just in case.

Most of items are ready to ship and will take about 2 working days to be shipped. Exceptions that are out of stock or that need production time are clearly stated. If you're in a hurry to a specific date, please get in touch and everything that's possible will be done to meet the deadline.

Please understand that some of our products are unique pieces - if for any chance you buy a piece that happened to be sold in our physical shop before we were able to update its availability in our online shop you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be added to the price presented to each product at check out. Exceptions may apply, in the case of special products or during a temporary promotional campaign of free shipping.

We have Standard and Express shipping options available. Shipping costs applied are usually a flat rate depending on your location:

Standard shipping: to Portugal (5€) and the rest of the world (10€).

Express shipping: rest of the world (30€).

In the Standard shipping option your item will be shipped in registered mail, a trackable service provided by CTT, the Portuguese Postal Operator.

The estimated delivery times for registered mail, according to CTT site, are the following: 1 to 3 working days (Portugal), 3 to 10 working days (Europe), 5 to 20 working days (rest of the world).

In Express shipping it will be used an international courier service. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days to most of destinies.

ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the provided address at check out after payment confirmation.

If the order can't be delivered due to reasons attributed to the costumer, such as wrong address, inability to make home delivery or no pick up at the post office, we can't be responsible for any damages or costs associated with the return or new shipment.

If you're buying a gift and want it to be shipped to a different address, contact us before placing your order.

PACKAGING 

Products are properly packaged to ship in a bubble envelope or box, according to its nature and size. Depending on the availability, they will be shipped ready to offer as gift, with packaging with the identification of the artist, or, if not possible, personalised with Tincal lab logo.

CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible.

If payment has already been made​​, but the order has not yet been sent, the costs of the order will be refunded, including shipping cost. Please take note that this does not include custom-made items if the work is already in progress - in this case refunds are not possible.

EXCHANGES

Please feel free to raise all the questions that you want before you order and the item is shipped. Everything is done to describe the product accurately and pack it safely, but if you're not happy or still have any problem when you receive it just get in touch before considering yourself unsatisfied or decide to return it - certainly we can work it out.

Please beware that colors presented are as close as possible to reality, but due to the material and monitor characteristics it's natural that you find some small differences. Due to the characteristics of manual production, the item you'll get may have small differences compared to the pictured in the presented photos.

In the case of rings: if you realize that the size isn't the right one, in most cases it's possible to make the resizing (extra costs may occur). Contact us and we'll assess it on a case by case basis.

RETURNS 

You can exercise your right of return within 14 days of receiving the item. To be able to do so you should inform by writing (you can send us an email with your information and the order details) and return the item no more than 14 days after the warning.

The item should be returned in perfect condition, without signs of being worn or damaged, otherwise the refund won't be possible. The shipping cost of the return will be costumer's responsibility.

This does not apply to gift cards or custom-made items, which can't be returned and will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

If you properly exercise the right of return, the refund will be issued through the same means of the initial payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item in good condition (initial shipping costs included, if applicable, with exception of the extra value of express shipping in case the customer chooses this option instead of standard shipping).

REPAIRS
If you receive your item and it happens to be damaged or defective get in touch as soon as possible. Everything is made to pack and create each item with care, but if you believe this is due to our responsibility, the repair or exchange will be done at no cost.
Please beware that these are handmade items that should be worn and kept with care. If the damage is due upon use and is not proved to be defect of production, we or the artist can't be held responsible for it. If, on the other hand, you happen to damage your item for any reason, it's probably possible to repair it upon an extra cost - just contact us.

In any of the cases, the shipping cost of returning an item will be customer's responsibility.

JEWELRY CARE

It is natural that with time and wear the metal will tarnish and acquire scratches. To protect it avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, sweat, cosmetics or chemicals and proceed, if necessary, to its cleansing with a soft cloth or appropriate product.

Please beware that some finishes (like oxidation or plating) are a superficial treatment that may fade with wear. Maintenance of finishes are not included with purchase and are responsibility of each artist - contact us if you need any help or information.

CHANGES

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
