PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Service providers: your personal information will be shared with third parties, such as delivery companies like CTT, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU
Your information may be stored and processed through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. Object: you can object to the processing of some of your information based on Tincal lab’s legitimate interests and object to receiving marketing messages even after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, your information will be deleted unless there’s compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain: if you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about the use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
