There’s a number of reliable legal bases to collect, use, and share your Order Information, including: as needed to send feedback, to fulfill a service or order, to settle disputes or to provide customer support; when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for the newsletter; if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; as necessary for the purpose of Tincal lab’s legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving our services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
