In her work, Dimitra has been inspired by ribbons. In many traditions and cultures ribbons are symbols of joy and prosperity. They symbolize unity and coexistence and became an essential part of festive celebrations. In addition, ribbons are used in many cases, representing hope and resilience throughout humanity’s challenging times. Her ribbons become bows and are transformed into a celebration gift.
