These pieces draw inspiration from rituals of the Argentine north, where Pachamama, Mother Earth, is honored through offerings of gratitude and desire. In the Santería of Salta’s San Miguel market, Carla Cardarelli encountered small but powerful objects: Misterios, incense blocks wrapped in images like ex-votos, and Alasitas bricks, clay miniatures symbolizing home and collective construction. Through them, celebration emerges not only as joy, but as ritual, hope, and faith, what is patiently built, and what is invisibly invoked. Jewelry here becomes a bridge between the tangible and the unseen, the intimate and the shared.
