The “Doves Of Freedom” are reflective symbols of the journey from captivity to liberation. Through these three copper and enamel brooches, “Dove, Barricaded Window”, “Dove, Behind The Bars” and “Dove, Behind The Wall”, Clodagh is exploring themes of captivity, hope, and the triumph of the human spirit. These three copper and enamel brooches celebrate the transition from entrapment to flight, transforming the simple form of a dove into a profound emblem of resistance and the enduring pursuit of freedom.
